Bend PVC Pipe using the Series 'B' PVC Bendit. It bends PVC Pipe with an inside diameter of 1 ¼ inch to 6 inch PVC pipe. The Series ‘B’ has an outside diameter of 1.06” and fits in 1 -1/4 and larger schedule 40 or 80 PVC pipe. The B Series PVC Bendits come in 3, 6 9 and the new 20 foot lengths. The 20B is used for 20 ft. lengths of pipe.

PVC Bendit's revolutionary design heats pipe from the inside, allowing the pipe to soften more uniformly unlike any other method available. The PVC Pipe fits in the BendStation (included) which keeps heat in the PVC Pipe as it is heating. The BendStation is JohnMansville microlok fiberglass pipe insulation that is 2 1/8" ID and 3' long. If you buy a 3B you get one section, 6B two, 9B three and 20B seven. When you bend larger than 2 1/8" pipe you will want to buy the insulation for the correct OD pipe you are bending. You can buy this fiberglass pipe insulation in your local market from Grainger or HVAC supply house.
