Bend PVC pipe and electrical conduit using the 20B PVC Bendit. It has a 23-foot overall length with a power cord connection at one end. The "hot zone" is 20' in length. The unit is constructed with a flexible steel metal hose that has an OD of 1.06 inches and will fit inside 1.25" and larger schedule 40 and schedule 80 PVC pipe.
Each 20A/B comes with a 365 day limited warranty and ships with the Manual, 1 pair Heat Resistant Gloves +-/ 400 degree F., 1 digital timer, 7 sections of BendStation (carbonized felt Heat Resistant material) that will fit around 2 1/4" OD PVC pipe and is held using the furnished Velcro strips.
Customers who have ordered this PVC pipe bending tool typically work with 20' lengths of schedule 40 PVC pipe building water falls, fountains, pool and spa installations and repairs, theater and movie stage sets, signage, electrical and other applications. This PVC pipe bender may be used with most any application where bending up to 20' lengths are used. Electricians often times bend a 90’s in 3"/4” Schedule 80. This is normally done in a shop and using a jig for consistency.

The PVC Pipe is placed in the BendStation as it is used to cover and keep the heat in the PVC pipe while heating up and bending. Note: The original BendStation was Johns Manville Micro Lok fiberglass pipe insulation and it is available for vendors in most areas. You will need to source 3, 4, 6" pipe insulation when bending these larger diameter pieces of PVC pipe. It is available from Grainger.com.
Keep the PVC uniformly warm using the BendStation while heating. The PVC Bendit reaches temperatures exceeding 900 degrees F. PVC Pipe is bendable around 210 degrees F. You can purchase a Variac Transformer, around $60 to $100, is available on Amazon. Using one allows you to control how hot the PVC Bendit gets. See our accessories section for the correct unit.
