Introduction...

PVC Bendit is the Best PVC Bending Tool

Capability...

PVC Bendit offers the longest PVC pipe bender on the market. Each series of bender has a wide range of diameters of pipe that it will work with. PVC Bendit’s revolutionary design heats pipe from the inside, allowing it to soften uniformly, which makes it easier to bend schedule 40 and/or 80 PVC, PEX, PTFE Teflon or acrylic tubing. That means a wider range of bends, compound bends and more without kinking the pipe wall. It can also be used to bend sheet materials like ABS and polycarbonate.  Which Series fits your needs...

Selecting the Series, Length and Temperature you'll need.

Select the Series 'A' Bendits if you will use as small as 1/2" and/or larger PVC Schedule 40 and 80 pipe.

Select the Series 'B' Bendits when the smallest inside diameter pipe will be 1-1/4" and/or up to 8 inches diameter.

LENGTH:  PVC Bendits come with a heated surface (the hot area is between the red makings at each end) of 3, 6, 9, 10 or 20 foot lengths.  The overall length is 2 feet longer as there is a cool zone (blue markings) at each end.  An electric box and cord is located on one end that limits how far the tool can be inserted into the pipe.  Choose the length PVC Bendit that best fits the length of pipe and the length of bends you desire for your project(s).

TEMPERATURE:  Both the Series A and B reach temperatures over 800 degrees Fahrenheit so either series develop heat sufficient to allow you to bend up to 8" diameter PVC Schedule 40 or 80.  The 'B' series does get hotter than the 'A' Series.  The larger the diameter the longer it takes to heat the pipe.  A Variac transformer (not included) can be purchased to limit how hot the units get but generally are not necessary.  All Bendits can be operated on less than 15 Amp circuits.

Warranty & Returns...

PVC Bendits come are sold with a 30 day return that includes shipping.  They have a 1 year limited parts and labor warranty.  If your PVC Bendit fails simply contact us and we will work with you to have it repaired or replaced.

Affordability and Standards...

PVC Bendits are not the cheapest PVC bending tools and certainly not the most expensive either. One expense is for 'CSA' Canadian-U.S. Safety Testing and approval.  CSA is a National Regulatory Testing Laboratory "NRLT" similar to UL.  The cost of obtaining the 'CSA Listing' is very significant for a product like this... over $40,000.  In addition to the initial fee, CSA charges an annual listing fee of over $4,000 and $1,300 a quarter factory inspection fee.  Our insurance company requires listing by an NRTL.  It is your safety that we are concerned with and that is why this product is listed with CSA.

Portability...

You don't have to have a big, bulky box or a dozen different benders to bend PVC effectively. Whether you're a tradesman on the move, an event designer or a home-based do it yourselfer, it helps to have one tool for the job. The best tools are the right size and weight for what you expect to accomplish. PVC Bendit is compact and light, the whole package weighing just a few pounds, and small enough to carry around in a shoulder bag. At the same time, the PVC Bendit is ruggedly built from brushed, galvanized steel, so you can toss it in the back of the truck without worrying about it.

PVC BENDIT - Buy One NOW!

PVC Bendit is a tool designed specifically to bend PVC pipe, acrylic tubing, and thermoplastic sheets. It is a single, simple tool kit that provides you everything you need to start bending. PVC Bendit is offered in several different diameters and lengths. The lengths shown always refer to the “net bendable length” of the unit. That is to say, for example a 3 foot model will have a heated portion equal to 36 inches. Because of the cool grips on each end of the units, the overall length is greater than the heated area. Hence, a 3 foot unit will have an overall length of 50 inches, with 36 of those inches providing heat. All models the net bendable length in their name. One day, this will be the worldwide standard for bending PVC and other plastic pipes. Please note. Although shown in the slideshow the Hot Tool is no longer included or available.  Also the build-a-bends and sleeves are no longer sold.  We suggest watching the new YouTube videos - How to bend 4" PVC Pipe and How to bend 6" PVC Pipe - and how we place pieces of metal conduit inside the PVC pipe while positioning the PVC Bendit in the center so the heat radiates out from the center to heat more evenly and to make better bends.
