This is a reconditioned unit — fully tested and guaranteed to perform like new, at 20% off the standard price. A great option for budget-conscious builders, fabricators, and professionals who want the same reliable PVC bending performance.

Specifications: 120V · 564W · 4.7A · 10' heat length

PVC Bendits are among the most versatile and economical tools available for heating PVC pipe so it can be formed into custom shapes. Whether you're a DIY builder, fabricator, or professional, these tools let you create curves, angles, and complex forms that straight pipe simply can't match.

What's in the Box
- PVC Bendit heating tool
- Instruction manual
- PAN carbonized graphite felt insulation (same length as the heating element)
- Velcro strips to secure the PAN around the pipe
- One pair of heat-resistant gloves
- One digital thermometer

Optional Temperature Control
For precise temperature control, you can purchase a Variac (variable transformer) separately on Amazon:
- 2000 VA – recommended for all models
- 500 VA – suitable for the 1.5 A/B, 3 A/B, and 6 A/B models

Check our Accessories section to select the right option for your needs.

Choosing the Right Series and Size
- A Series – Fits inside many ½" brands of PVC and all brands with ⅝" ID and larger.
- B Series – Fits inside 1¼" ID and larger pipe.

We have successfully heated and bent pipe up to 8" in diameter using a PVC Bendit.

Most A and B Series tools (except the 20A) are designed so the entire unit—including the cord right up to the plug and label—fits completely inside the pipe. This allows you to make shorter bends in longer sections of pipe without having to reposition the tool. This full-insertion design is standard on all B Series models.

The number in the part name (1.5, 3, 6, 10, 20) indicates the length of the heating element: 1.5A/B = 18-inch heating element; 20A/B = 20-foot heating element.

Insulation & Larger Pipe Tips
The included PAN carbonized graphite felt will not ignite and withstands temperatures up to 1,800°F. You can rest the hot PVC Bendit on the PAN while it heats or cools. Note that the surface under the PAN can still become hot enough to damage plastic tables or similar surfaces—always use a heat-safe work surface.

Use the supplied Velcro strips to hold the PAN snugly around the pipe. If you prefer coated fiberglass pipe insulation instead, ½-inch thickness works well and is widely available (including from suppliers such as Grainger).

For 3" and larger pipe, we recommend inserting flexible metal conduit into the PVC, centering the PVC Bendit inside the conduit, and securing everything with mechanic's wire. See our YouTube video "How to bend 4" or 6" PVC pipe" for a clear demonstration.

Why Customers Choose PVC Bendit
After just a few practice bends, the process becomes second nature. You'll stop focusing on technique and start focusing on what you can build. PVC Bendits are available in lengths up to three times longer than typical competing box-style heaters—and at a significantly lower price.

Watch our YouTube videos, read the FAQs, and download our free book Bending PVC Pipe for Fun and Profit. These resources help both beginners and experienced users bend PVC into virtually any shape a project requires.

Imagine it. Then create it—with PVC pipe and the PVC Bendit.
